Great moments in my history

God help me.
Is it the eyeliner, the John-Hughes-film-wannabe wardrobe or the Schlitz in my hand
that makes this so regrettable? Thanks to my friend GF, I can now worry what other photos might be lurking out there.

That's a Stroh's, a minor upgrade from Schlitz. I know well my cheap, cheap beers.
You're fricking HOT! And look at those curtains. Now those are regrettable.

Pepto Bismol pink walls and gold shag carpeting are regrettable. I think we ALL had that outfit and haircut in the 80's. You are HAWT!!

I love it. Dismissing the entire wardrobe as "John-Hughes-film-wannabe" really doesn't do it justice. The individual elements deserve recognition--the sportjacket with the sleeves rolled up (my bride had about a half dozen of those) and the skinny tie. Was there a whiff of clove cigarette in the air? Was your hair crunchy from Aqua Net or Tenax hair gel?

Was this taken at a motel room party? I want to hear more about that unique combination of colors and textures...

That had to had been taken at the Pink Elephant in McGregor, IA, at one of the Delt Formals, no?

Oh yes, Mark beat me to it- Pink Elephant - ahhhh, those were the days-
And you used to make fun of my "art fag" phase. I believe this would have been right around the same time period.

Wow, utterly fantastic! Was "Don't You Forget About Me" playing in the background at the time?
I am stunned by the gold carpet, pink walls and the curtains. What Czechoslovakian hostel did you say this was in?
